Philo, Camel's Hump and the Adirondacks, the 'city' of Burlington, and the beauty of Lake Champlain, you'll find four months is really just enough to get started in this wonderful area. Entering from the driveway steps, you'll find the main level is an open-plan with a partial high ceiling in the kitchen and dining areas, and a living room with a beautiful Hearthstone wood stove, heat pumps for cooling and heating, and even back up propane heating. Heading down to the basement, though unfinished, you'll find full bookcases, a well-loved pool table, darts, two small skate ramps and the Washer/Dryer. The upstairs bedroom "plus" has a beautiful cathedral ceiling, and lots of natural light coming in through wood-framed windows with views of trees and open sky. The bedroom can be partitioned into two rooms, each with its own entrance door and wardrobe, or can be left open as a single larger room.
